These Affiliate / Online Promoter Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the NearBetter Online Promoter Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate or promoter, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate personal, contact, and payment details.
• NearBetter reserves the right to approve or reject any promoter application without providing a reason.
2. Promoter Role
• Promoters share their unique referral link provided through the affiliate dashboard.
• Orders placed using the referral link are tracked automatically.
• NearBetter handles product supply, pricing, billing, delivery, and customer support.
